Bruschetta

2                   large cubed tomatoes

2                   pressed or diced garlic cloves

1 tsp             onion powder

2-3 Tbsp     olive oil

2-3 Tbsp      balsamic vinegar (sometimes we use flavored if we have it)

3-6                basil leafs cut small

 

We mix all these ingredients to taste and serve on Italian or French bread that we have buttered and toasted on either the grill or in a frying pan.
